Items to bring, fax or mail to Steppingstone prior to admission review include:
• Previous psychiatric/psychological evaluation
• Social history
• Immunization records
• Birth Certificate
• Comprehensive list of previous providers
• Guardianship papers
• Guardian's name, address, phone
• Social security card and Medicaid or insurance card
• Educational records

Steppingstone is not an emergency shelter.  If you need some place to stay in Kansas City immediately call the Homeless Hotline at 816-474-4599.
